Version 4.1 Patchlevel 3 Added Features/Bug Fixes
  1. Fix a bug with opening files in a non-existent directory. Thanks to Andreas Scherbaum <ads@htl.de> for pointing out the problem.

  2. Add the following internal commands:

    append_line_into_attr(<attr_name>,<string>)
    insert_line_into_attr(<attr_name>,<string>,<line_number>)
    clear_attr(<attr_name>)
