  1. Fix a crashing bug with rotated arcs with very small angles. Thanks to Rainer Krienke <krienke@uni-koblenz.de> for pointingn out this ancient bug.

  2. Fix a crashing bug when redrawing is interrupted immediately after objects are transformed.
