Version 4.0 Patchlevel 8 Added Features/Bug Fixes

  1. Fix formating bug in DistributeObjsDirect(). Thanks to TSUKADA Satoru <tsukada@tcd.hitachi.co.jp> for the patch.

  2. Fix a bug in retriving URL's. Sometimes, the last byte of the file is not retrieved (which doesn't usualy cause any problems for text files because the last byte is a <LF>).
