Version 4.0 Patchlevel 6 Added Features/Bug Fixes

1. Fix divide by zero bugs which causes a seg fault on OSF1 (apparently, this doesn't crash on either Solaris or Linux).

2. Handles <ESC> correctly when creating objects. Thanks to Dick Wesseling <ftu@fi.uu.nl> for pointing out the problem.
