Version 4.0 Patchlevel 14 Added Features/Bug Fixes

  1. Add Tgif.LightGrayColor and Tgif.DarkGrayColor so that the user can change the colors for the backgrounds and shadows of butons, menus, etc.

  2. Split the Attribute submenu under the Special Menu into Attribute and FileAttribute submenus.
