Version 3.0 Patchlevel 1 Added Features/Bug Fixes

1. Fix a bug that crashed tgif when there is a very small text object and tgif is zoomed way out. Thanks to Kyle Bateman <kyle@actarg.com> for pointing out the problem.

2. The number of colors is incorrect when printing in XPM3 format. Thanks to Ralphe Neill <ran@rdt.monash.edu.au> for pointing out the problem!
