Version 2.14 Patchlevel 5 Added Features/Bug Fixes

1. Fix a bug in reading non-interpolated polygon objects when the initial line type in a file is set to the interpolated type. Thanks to Wolfgang Thronicke <wolf@hador.cadlab.de> for pointing out the problem.
