Version 2.13 Patchlevel 2 Added Features/Bug Fixes

  1. Fix a bug in MakeIconic(). Used to seg-fault. Thanks to Olaf Bigalk <bigalk@cs.tu-berlin.de> for pointing out the problem.

  2. Fix a bug in updating pinned Layout Menu when the move mode changes. Thanks to Olaf Bigalk <bigalk@cs.tu-berlin.de> for the patch.
