Version 1.4 Added Features/Bug Fixes

1. There is a minor bug in tgif-1.3 related with disappearing print files. I've just put tgif-1.4 in both the `contrib' directory of `expo.lcs.ucla.edu' and the `pub' directory of `rye.cs.ucla.edu'.
