  • 11/12/2008: Project final report outline slides have been posted under the `Lectures' link above, in each section.

  • 10/27/2008: Homework #7 has been cancelled for Mon and Wed sections.
  • 10/27/2008: The start of the large academy lecture on 10/29/2008 has been changed; the new times are: 5:15pm pizza, 5:45pm program start.

  • 10/22/2008: Wed section's schedule for weeks 9 and 10 has been switched, and hence the deadline for homework 6 has been modified. (Check the `Lectures(Wed)' link above.)

  • 10/15/2008: Lab Tours have been moved to Friday, 11/21/2008; more information to follow soon.

  • 10/8/2008: Team contracts (commitments) are now available; click on the `Lectures' link above, and you'll find them under `Additional Information'. Please follow the instructions given there for emailing your project commitment form.

  • 9/30/2008: The following are the final dates/speakers for the large academy lectures: 10/8/2008 by Mark Stevens (5:30pm pizza; 6pm program start); 10/29/2008 by John Fujita (5:30pm pizza; 6pm program start); 11/6/2008 by Warner Williams (5pm program start; 6pm pizza).

  • 9/29/2008: Homework 5 deadline has been extended. (Check the `Lectures' link above for details.)

  • 9/24/2008: Take a look at Project 10 to the 100th and an article describing it. You might be interested in submitting your project idea there. Note the October 20th, 2008 deadline.

  • 9/22/2008: Project description slides have been posted under the `Lectures' link above, in each section (if you're in the Wed section, we will discuss these slides on 9/24/08).
  • 9/22/2008: The large academy lecture by Mark Stevens has been moved back to 10/8/08.

  • 9/8/2008: The following large academy lectures have been scheduled: 10/8/2008, by Mark Stevens; 11/6/2008 by Warner Williams; both in SGM 123, with pizza served at 5:30pm and lectures begining at 6:00pm. Stay tuned for the announcement of the third speaker.
  • 9/8/2008: The Spotlight Series schedule is as follows: 9/16/2008: EE/CS, 9/24/2008: BME, 10/7/2008: CE/ENE, 10/23/2008: AME/AST, 11/5/2008: CHE, 11/18/2008: ISE, all starting at 5:00pm. (Locations for the spotlight series sessions will be indicated on handouts distributed by coaches.)
